President Zelensky affirmed that Ukraine has `no other choice` but to win the war with Russia.

On the same day, Jake Sullivan, White House National Security Advisor, expressed confidence that Ukraine can win the war with Russia if it receives enough aid from partners.
In an interview with NBC, when asked if he thought Ukraine could still win militarily, Mr. Sullivan said: `Of course Ukraine can win. Of course Ukraine has succeeded militarily.`
Mr. Sullivan added that Ukraine will be able to do that `if it has the necessary tools` and that is why the US needs to provide an aid package to Kiev.
