At the same time, the former Apple software engineer also gave other reasons such as too close an update schedule, error warnings from users lacking information or lack of automatic error control tools, all factors.
However, Mr. David Shayer believes that CEO Tim Cook and Apple’s leadership team also realize that the problem is becoming serious, which greatly affects Apple’s image.
